Cancellation Policy

We try accommodating as possible, acknowledging that plans sometimes alter. Our cancellation policy is made to be flexible enough to deal with unanticipated events while guaranteeing that we can still provide our clients with outstanding service.

Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before the Event: A full refund will be given if cancellations are submitted at least 30 days before the planned event date.

Cancellations Made Between 14 and 29 Days Before the Event: Within 14 to 29 days of the event, cancellations will be refunded 50% of the entire booking charge.

Cancellations Made Less Than 14 Days Before the Event: Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event.

Rescheduling: We are aware that rescheduling events is occasionally necessary. If the new date is available, we would gladly accept one request to reschedule at no extra cost. Rescheduling requests beyond this point may be charged for.

Force Majeure: If unanticipated events occur that are out of our control (such as natural disasters, governmental limitations, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule your event or, at our option, issue a refund.
